Tasty Fruit Icee

Healthy diets contain limited refined sugars. Perfect for dessert or an afternoon treat, this easy, delicious fruit icee recipe contains only the nutrients of fresh fruit, with or without Stevia – a more natural sugar alternative.

A great way to get antioxidants in a sweet, refreshing, healthy treat that contains no added sugar.

2 frozen bananas
5 fresh strawberries
1 Stevia packet (optional)
Healthy topping ideas: granola, nuts, dark chocolate chips, coconut flakes

1. Put 2-3 frozen bananas, strawberries and Stevia in the food processor and blend until uniformly smooth.
2. Pour mixture in a dish and put back in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour. Scoop and serve.
